Return Policy Statement
Our return policy extends 30 days from the date of original purchase. If this time period has elapsed already, the purchase is ineligible for a refund or exchange
All return items must be shipped to the Best Damn Beard Company unused with their original contents intact. Additionally, they must be sealed in their original packaging.
In the unlikely event that there is a manufacturing defect (Such as a significantly under filled container which has not been caught by quality control), the product should remain unused in order to not void the return policy.
In the event of special circumstances, inquiries may be made to firstname.lastname@example.org, as The Best Damn Beard Company works hard to provide unparalleled customer satisfaction. The vendor retains right to refuse returns in cases where the purchaser does not comply with the return policy, and additionally retains discretion in these circumstances.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Wholesale or lot items
- Discounted or sale items
To complete your return, we additionally require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notification that we have received your returned item. This email will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. The time it takes for a credit to be applied may vary by banking institution.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again (Online banking).
2. The next step is to contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted on your statement.
3. If you are still unable to find your refund, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
If a product has been purchased in the wrong scent, or has been incorrectly shipped with the wrong scent - The Best Damn Beard Company is happy to make an exchange to make sure you get the product you wanted.
Replacements (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org, and send your item to: 4610 Sierra Madre Dr Wichita Falls Texas US 76310.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to their address to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver/ Original purchaser.

The purchaser is responsible for paying shipping costs on returns. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your mailing address, the time it will take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend getting a tracking number from the shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item as shipping can get lost, so it is best to be able to track the location of your return package.
